    I was diagnosed with silent endometriosis with a ReceptivaDX test from Cicero Diagnostics in America. I went through 5 IVF consultants before I was told about the ReceptivaDX test in a FB support group. I lost 14 embryos with miscarriages and implantation failures. The test showed I had a high score (range is 1 to 4 and my score is 3.6) and I am now currently 6 weeks pregnant. I was put onto decapeptyl 0.1mg subcutaneous injections for 60 days along with once a day 2.5mg letrozole tablets for 60 days which forced my body into fake menopause. The pregnancy and live birth rate is higher if you are medicated compared to having excision or laser surgery. I am so grateful to have found out about this test and I recommend that every women going through IVF should take it as part of their routine checks before an IVF cycle.

    Thank you so much for this! I had PPROM with my first pregnancy, which was further complicated by the fact that my water had broken without me knowing it. No gush, no trickle. Wore light color underwear and I never even saw a spot. Have you seen that happen in your experience? Everyone said that when my water broke I'd know, scared now to get pregnant again, not know again if it happens and be walking around at risk of infection for me and baby in the meantime.

    That makes so much sense that starting the cut would increase the risk for a severe tear. When you were trying to open a package by Terrian through the corner, there’s usually a little notch that you start from to assist you on the tear… That’s basically what the doctors are doing giving you a little notch so that your body can easily rip through.

    With my first kid, I think I only needed literally one stitch. The doctor didn’t even ask me if I wanted to have the stitch or not he just kind of said he’s gonna do a stitch and I was too exhausted to think about what that meant. Just like everything else that happened over the next week too exhausted to realize that people were giving me bad advice. Is water two stitches really necessary when you plan on having more children? He probably could have just left it open and then it would’ve been easier for my next labor because it would’ve been naturally healed and probably. Was he right to give me the stitch and having it heal on its own, could’ve caused the spot to be less flexible resulting in a more painful rip the next time?

  • @thackerybinx2637
    @thackerybinx2637 14 дней назад

    I tried to do my first child with a medication for approach. My first fatal flaw was not rusting in early labor. I was running around and trying to get things done so that I could rest later and not have to worry. The most important thing I did it was go to work so I can tell my clients, the ones I didn’t have their number for, that’s I couldn’t do my work that day. I should’ve just told them in advance that if I don’t show up and cannot get a hold of them, it means I’m probably in labor… I would’ve saved me the trip and the stress of waiting for people to show up when I wasn’t able to reach them on the phone. I did not have a Doula or midwife and my partner doesn’t realize how important his involvement is so he wasn’t paying much attention when I would talk about the stuff, so I had all the doctors and nurses talking to me… Something that I didn’t realize recently was a big source of my anxiety that day. When I would get hooked up to the machines to be monitored for my contractions, and I’d watch the little lines on the grass go up and down, I understand that it is not an exact depiction of what is happening inside of my body because they were only on the outside, but when I eventually submitted to an induction and an epidural because of my exhaustion and anxiety Over the length of time was taken after my water broke, the contractions were being monitored at the same way with sensors on my stomach, and the lines in the graph were, until the last couple hours, pretty much the same as where they were when I was able to be up and walking around. I really feel that leading the doctors and nurses touch me and talk to me and tell me things that I wasn’t comfortable with was causing a regression to keep my cervix closed even though I was actually making decent progress considering my status. This time, I’m gonna try to get my boyfriend to intercept the messages so that the doctors don’t have to talk to me directly, I am using the midwife so that will help I hope… I just realize that I can get one through my insurance and I have not met with either of them yet . And I’m going to focus more on me and unrest than on everything else going on around me. I’m also planning on taking a free dual course online so that I can get more information and terminology, specifically on my own body parts and what they are doing so that I know what to visualize and understand what is happening better.

    Thank you for this episode! How can we make intake forms more inclusive besides asking for pronouns? Specifically, I'm recognizing non-inclusive language in my own form with the section for FOB recognizing that there may be a sperm donor instead. Also, I use forms for the birth certificate information and there is no distinction for an alternative to a FOB. The only option given for marriage is to the FOB. Are there resources for providers?

    There needs to be a study on the consumption of K2 from meat because K1 and the synthetic form do not absorb as well and might not pass to the breast milk as well. There might be something to that. Not saying it will make a difference because maybe this is how it's supposed to be but still. Are there studies done showing the later outcomes of children who didn't get Vitamin K vs children who did? Is there immune systems better for example ?

I had a similar experience with using a birth tub, both of my births I tried the tub but I ended up getting so cold, even though the water was plenty warm, that I was shivering so much the contractions were more painful. So both my babies were born outside the tub 🙂 Water is great but it definitely isn’t for everyone.,

    Unfortunately studies these days are influenced by who funds them and who is interested in results swaying one way or another. This influences what we consider evidence based practices. A prime example was the purposeless withholding of information regarding African American boys having 363% greater fhance of autism if they received MMR before age 3. The researchers were told to shred their data because it didn't support the mainstream narrative.
